Why did these doctors have even less emotion for these individuals than the Tuskegee or Terre Haute case? Why did Dr. Cutler induce gonorrhea in these individuals after Dr. Mahoney mentioned in the Terre Haute experiment that it didn't work? The Terre Haute experiment laid the foundation for and bore many similarities to this experiment, including many of the same researchers, goals, and methods. So why did this experiment result?
