Sooo, long story short my laptop decided to part from this world right before Christmas.. 

and it has taken a long time for it to arrive! (funds were needed as well).

Anyway we are back and today's episode is just a catch up one! unfortunately i lost a load of pre recorded podcasts i was looking forward to sharing! So i am in the process of scheduling and recording them again!
