She is a very inspirational person who faces her challenges head on. She has been through some ups and downs and i really appreciate George for sharing her experiences and life lessons.

Mental health is losing its stigma and people are more comfortable about reaching out and seeking help. I go through what helped me with my mental health struggles. Don't worry you've probably heard it before.

Josh is an Ironman athlete who is working towards his pro licence.
It wasn't your typical transition for Josh going from bodybuilding to becoming a triathlete. I love talking to endurance athletes because you get to understand the mentality needed to become super elite.
I also wanted to get Josh on because there has been a noticeable increase in popularity when it comes to ultra endurance races like the Ironman.

I have had a conversation with Gabriela before and unfortunately I lost our recording when my old laptop decided to die.

2020 was a year of the unknown which can really play with your mental and physical health.
With stress levels at there highest due happens you can not control. Everyone's experience during COVID has been different some have experienced loss and frustration and other have seen an overwhelming pressure due to an increase in workload.
This is why getting Nicole on was important. She is a health and anxiety coach that has an immersive style of coaching only taking on a limited amount of clients at a time.
It was really an interesting conversation with knowledge bombs throughout.

Robin has a great Instagram profile which is very educational and is definitely one to follow!
I had a great conversation with Robin and like most of these podcast the time just flew by.
Coach Cooke shares his thoughts on veganism, ways to solidify habits and the importance of personal training for long term sustainable results.
One of his coaching mantra's is "Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime" which really sums up the way Robin coaches.
