Dale Vince, founder of the world's first green energy company, Ecotricity, and owner of the Forest Green Rovers Football Club, the world's first vegan professional sports team, joins to the show to discuss renewable energy and his foray into lab-diamonds made from "atmospheric carbon." The episode begins with Dale sharing how he was living an "off the grid, low-impact lifestyle" in a trailer with a windmill when he decided to change in the way electricity is generated in Britain. Then two then discuss the progress of the global green energy movement, nuclear energy, carbon credits and China becoming a leader in solar, wind and electric vehicle production.
