Very grateful that Janez responded to my request and explained in the depth about Breathing. How important it is to breathe properly and especially not so much. Because we are over breathing our selves. We need to breath less and through our nose. With this form of breathing we activate all sorts of very specific connections in our body, mind and spirit. So let's breathe and enjoy in less is more.
