We had the great honour of talking with Keanin Loomis. Keanin is a husband, father of three, and a proud Hamiltonian. Prior to moving to Hamilton, he was a lawyer in Washington DC. He is the former President & CEO of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce and an official candidate for Mayor of Hamilton in the 2022 Hamilton Municipal Election.

We had a fantastic conversation with Mihai Raducanu - Basketball Coach, Educator, Business & Culture Builder.

Mihai is currently the head coach of business development at Stala Building Solutions, Student-Athlete Leadership Advisor at Mohawk College, director of business development for Ganon Baker Basketball and an adjunct professor at Canisius College (Buffalo, NY), where he teaches in two (2) different graduate-level programs - Sport Administration and Sports Product Development.

His past and present journey as a sports business entrepreneur started with his own basketball training company (No Limit Performance), which rocketed from a Canadian driveway into a Global success.

Mihai continues to help players on the basketball court locally and internationally. At the same time, he delivers inspirational & educational talks to select audiences globally; however, Hamilton is home for him and his family.

One of the founding statements for No Limit Performance Basketball was “one hour a day makes them better” - this applies to our lives as humans.
