I opened my Akashic Records today & my Pleiadian guide came through to share the "3 Step Cocreation Process" (as they call it). They share about the "Earth Spaceship Program" and why making home is so important right now. They also share how they view us and how we should view ourselves. Enjoy! 

Chakras (energy wheels)- The part of your anatomy you DON'T learn in school. Get to know yourself more fully through your bodies energetic makeup. This week we dive into the Chakra system with information about; the glands, the color, the moods, and the rays associated with each one.

Chakra exercise-

1. You & a friend grab a pendulum or necklace with a weighted end.

2. One of you lays down flat on the ground, hands laying along the sides of the body.

3. Place the pendulum about 4-5 inches away from the ajna (third eye) chakra.

4. Observe the pendulum as it swings in a circular motion- this is the chakra wheel energy flow.

5. Repeat steps 3-4 over each chakra.

6. Switch places with your friend so they can see! Have fun!
