As there is much confusion and controversy over masculine and feminine energies, I decided it was only right to break it down in an easy-to understand manner. Through relatable examples, I illustrate how these energies manifest in various aspects of our lives and how being out of balance can be disruptive towards your relationships.

As some of you may know, last year I moved from America to Italy for 6 months. With a drastic change of that measure, there of course lies layers of lessons.
Through my adventures I have learned that your mind is a relentless traveler, accompanying you across oceans and continents, shaping your experiences in unexpected ways. It doesn't matter where you run to or where you try to hide, your mind is always with you.
I also dive into the intricacies of maintaining friendships across the pond, unveiling the bittersweet reality of distance and the power of connection- you must water the relationships you wish to grow.
Amongst a few more lessons, resides my most powerful- the idea of accessibility and ease that comes with a life in America. Here, if you want it you get it. In the small Italian town I lived in, that certainly was not the case. I had to re-learn not to over-indulge or be gluttonous as I made my way back to America where options are aplenty.
