Mindfulness practise is an effective tool that can be used as part of a regular practice to provide stress relief and relaxation. In this mindfulness practise I am using my breath and body as anchors to bring my mind into a present moment.

It takes practise to see benefits of meditation so stay on it and practise as often as you can. Every second counts.
