Mindfulness practise is an effective tool that can be used as part of a regular practice to provide stress relief and relaxation. In this mindfulness practise I am using my breath and body as anchors to bring my mind into a present moment. I also focus on ''simply being'' as being enough. We tend to assign labels to ourselves and live according to them. We make self-worth and self-respect dependant on them. You deserve all love, respect and worth just because you ARE.
Mindfulness meditation is not a replacement for therapy. Do not listen to hypnosis recordings while driving a car or operating any kind of machinery, or with other devices that may influence your state of consciousness.
