Very Relaxing

Yes, I will listen to this audio book again. Hopefully for the 21 days it suggests we do. I don't know if I fall asleep or if I'm under hypnosis while Im listening to it. But when I open my eyes I feel fine, not tired. So that was a good result for me.
Very soothing.
This meditation is worth the first 15 minutes alone. The narrator had a beautiful and comforting voice.
Nice voice and it works
She has a nice voice. Very relaxing to fall asleep to. Best part is it works. I've been eating less and more mindfully. Been listening for a week.
Nice but not that effective.
I persisted with this book for the recommended 21 days, and while it conjures up some lovely imagery (tropical islands, warm, sunny beaches) I'm not sure that it really had much effect on my eating habits. For the first few days it made me think "Do I really want to finish everything on my plate?" but then, I was back to normal . . .
