Welcome to this Divine Feminine Meditation. Find a place where you're comfortable, either sitting or lying down. Make sure you won't be disturbed. Bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in deeply through your nose for a count of four, feeling your belly rise. And on the top of your breath, hold for four, and exhale slowly through your mouth. For a count of six, repeat the cycle two more times. Breathe in, two, three, four, hold, two, three, four, and exhale, two, three, four, five, six. One more time. Breathe in, two, In, two, three, four. Hold, two, three, four. Exhale, two, three, four, five, six. Letting yourself settle this present moment. Now imagine roots growing from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet, reaching deep into Mother Earth. Feel the grounding energy of the Earth anchoring you, providing stability and support. You are safe. You are secure. You are connected. Bring your awareness to your heart center, a space in the middle of your chest. Visualize soft, warm, glowing light. In your heart center, this light represents your divine feminine energy, your intuition, compassion, creativity, and inner wisdom. With each breath, see the light grow brighter and become more expansive. As the light radiates outward, feel it fill your entire body. Visualize the light flowing down your arms, into your hands, down your legs, down your feet. And it rise up through your throat, your face, out through your crown. You are glowing with this energy, the energy of the divine feminine. You are a radiant being of light and love. Now silently. Or aloud, if you prefer, repeat the affirmation, I am whole, worthy, and radiant. Again, I am whole, worthy, and radiant. Feel the truth of these words resonate deeply. Feel the truth of these words resonating deeply within you. With each repetition. Imagine the energy of the affirmation integrate into every cell in your body. I am whole. You are complete just as you are, with nothing missing or broken. I am worthy. You are deserving of love, respect, and all the goodness life has to offer. I am radiant. Your inner light shines brightly, illuminating your path and inspire others. Continue repeating the affirmation. Allowing it to become part of your being. Let go of any doubts, fears, and embrace the powerful, radiant woman that you are. I am whole. I am worthy. I am radiant. I am whole. I am worthy. I am radiant. Take a few more breaths. Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you're ready, open your eyes. Carry the sense of wholeness, worthiness, and radiance with you throughout your day. Remember, you are a divine, radiant being, and the world is brighter because you are in it.
