I think all of us want to be exceptional parents, but life has thrown us a curveball that overwhelms our instincts and know-how. Sarah explains that's ok, we just need the right tools. She supports families in three unique ways:
Coaching Relationship Development Intervention (RDI): Sarah coaches parents of kids with social communication challenges and autism to teach their kids the skills that make relationships (and life!) work.
Guiding: Sarah works with parents to brainstorm challenging situations and behavioral issues so they can put effective supports in place and teach their kids essential skills.
Navigating: Sarah's parents figure out what supports to put in place and help them navigate medical, educational, and community-based systems to access those supports.
Guiding Exceptional Parents also hosts a Book Club, Parent Workshops, and Online Classes.
