What happens when God chooses you, but nobody else sees it yet?

What do you do when you believe God spoke, but you still can’t see what He said?

There is a middle between promise and fulfillment—between the prayer and the manifestation, between obedience and what we’re believing God to complete.

And the middle can be uncomfortable.

In this final day of Position to Finish!, Minister Cyrus encourages brothers from Habakkuk 2:3 to hold on when the vision seems to tarry. But waiting doesn’t always mean the same thing. Sometimes we’re being developed. Sometimes corrected. Sometimes disciplined. Sometimes we’re experiencing consequences. And sometimes what we’ve called spiritual warfare is actually an area requiring greater responsibility and discipline.

The prayer is not simply, “God, get us out.”

It becomes:

“God, give us discernment to understand the season—and while we’re here, WORK ON US.”

While we’re waiting—work on us.
While we’re believing—work on us.
While we’re praying—work on us.
While we’re expecting—work on us.

Because we don’t just want God to bring us to fulfillment. We want Him to develop the character, discipline, humility, wisdom, and maturity necessary to carry what we keep asking Him to release.

And when we cannot trace His hand, we will trust His heart.

What God Develops in One Position May Be Required in the Next

What do you do when you’re obeying God, doing what’s right, and your circumstances still don’t seem to improve?

In Day 2 of Position to Finish!, Minister Cyrus follows Joseph into Potiphar’s house, where we discover a critical truth: a changed position doesn’t mean a changed God.

Joseph arrived in Egypt as a servant, yet the LORD was with him. Before Pharaoh would trust Joseph with the resources of a nation, Potiphar trusted him with a household. Joseph was developing stewardship, responsibility, integrity, and capacity right where he was.

Then his integrity was tested.

Joseph did the right thing—and still ended up in prison.

This message challenges the assumption that obedience must always produce immediate advancement. Sometimes doing right doesn’t immediately change the position, but it develops the man standing in the position.

Can God trust us between promise and fulfillment?

Joseph was only 17 when God gave him a dream concerning his future. But almost immediately, his circumstances seemed to move in the opposite direction.

He saw elevation—but landed in a pit.

He saw people bowing—but found himself looking up from the bottom.

Was Joseph delayed? Had he missed God? Or was the pit another position on the journey toward fulfillment?
