It’s finally here!! HS Football is OFFICIALLY BACK!!! Everyone is working so it’s Jake and Len Hayward from the Caller Times! First they do a quick 2A Breakdown that is REFUGIO heavy. Oh well. Then they jump into Week 1 action and break down the schedules for the 5A’s and the 4As. Len, as always does not disappoint, he’s like a walking football encyclopedia. We got a little long winded so we’re actually going to have to break this into two episodes. We will say that we stand by all the pics with No Ragrats (*get it??) Jake also incorrectly states they played in Houston....it was San Antonio. Anyway, the guys all agree who finishes at the top and after that its scrambled eggs.

*SPOILER ALERT* The Donna Redskins won State in 1961! Confused? You won’t be, trust us. In an episode full of errors, that one was probably the least glaring! FYI, our 3A shows will be out THIS Week. OK, enough with the corrections! The band is still back together as they break down 16-4A D2. It's a pretty interesting district, we call it the participation district because everyone is in come playoff time. We’re not hating, we’re actually jealous, especially Justin and his Wildcats. Lots of big tyme play makers in this district and a couple of big-tyme losses. We have our ideas about who’s gonna step up, and we’re excited to see the ones who come out of right field.
