Pete returns home to see his ma and hope that she can heal him to discover from his little brother Joe that she had died last year. When Joe offers to get Doc Pete confesses to his little brother that he is wanted by the police for robbing a bank with his two partners in crime. Joe wants to help his little brother but rejects the law, as he doesn’t want to see his brother get locked up. However Joe learns the hard way that the law would have been the best chance for his brother. Georgia Ellis as Kitty is credited as Georgia Hawkins, which was an alternative name she sometimes used.
