Meghan De Jong is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who focuses on nutrition for anxiety and gut health. Meg works one on one with clients, hosts monthly workshops, and offers online nutrition courses. She recently launched The 'Eat to Ease Anxiety Online Course' where she shares how people can use their diets as a tool to help curb their anxiety. Meg lives on Salt Spring Island in a small cabin with her partner where she spends her spare time growing food in her garden and crafting up delicious seasonal recipes!
