In this episode I update y'all on how things are going since I've altered my food regiment and have implemented lots and lots of Carbs into my life.

Being Low / No Carb for almost 5 years.. It started to catch up to me.

I basically began to have severe stomach pains (which could also be the Crohns) and began to loose weight.

The pains didn't alarm me as much as loosing the only little fat I had on my body. Since we've already dove into the science of how Carbohydrates turn into fat stores (triglycerides).. I felt it was a sign to change things.

This is only a few months into the change. As I'm writing this.. It's been almost 6 months. Weight is coming back... I feel satiated and many other things are getting better.

This with a lot more Meats In my diet have brought me back into a healthier weight and a less stressful mindset.

A SubSpecies of Tuberculosis… Has been proven to be the cause of Johns Disease.. An Inflammatory Bowel Disease that has effected Cattle. The Disease causes inflammation and restriction of the Intestines of Cows which cause Malabsorption and eventually DEATH.

The similarities to human Crohns Disease and Ulcerative Colitis is STAGGERING. The amount of Crohns Patients who have tested Positive for MAP is even more shocking… An unbelievable percentage of The Milk tested on our Shelves - Even after Pasteurization.. HAVE THIS BACTERIA LIVING INSIDE.

The Question Is.. IS MAP BACTERIA. THE CAUSE OF CROHNS DISEASE? My assumption.. Probably.

Enzymes begin to get released in the Saliva and trigger our immune system to DIGEST FOOD. From Amylase to Lipase to Pepsin.. From the mouth.. to the esophagus to the lower intestines to the Colon. The mysteries as to why some of our bodies have issues digesting certain types of foods may be hidden within the mechanisms of the bodies ability to release digestive Enzymes.

Without digestive enzymes.. the food that goes into our body gets exposed to the internal organs and Microvilli undigested and can be triggering the “AutoImmune” systems inside. The theory i’ve come to is that “Leaky Gut” … is actually just one symptom .. of the body being exposed to “food substances” that have yet to be digested down to a level that can be assimilated without harm. This causes the body to see undigested food as a “foreign substance” that needs to be “attacked” instead of food to be absorbed. And the undigested food particles.. are what actually does harm in out bloodstream causing Havoc in a plethora of symptoms a lot of us experience.

In this episode, we toke about how God is Very Real and how life will show you signs that you're not alone.. but only if you open your eyes and see them. Then I get into a little rant about the frustration behind the US healthcare system.
