Is X-Plane 11 worth it?. I take a look at the current state of the game and what was promised vs what was released.

X-Plane is a flight simulator produced by Laminar Research. A desktop version is available for macOS, Windows, and Linux, while a mobile version is available for Android, iOS, and webOS.[1] X-Plane is packaged with several commercial, military, and other aircraft, as well as basic global scenery which covers most of the Earth. X-Plane also ships with other software to build and customize aircraft and scenery. X-Plane also has a plugin architecture that allows users to create their own modules, extending the functionality of the software by letting users create their own worlds or replicas of places on Earth. This is further enhanced by the Scenery Gateway which allows user to share airports with other users and eventually the airports are included by default in the base product.

DCS Mig 21 by Leatherneck Simulations Review - Guy In Car Radio #11

I go over the DCS Mig 21 from leatherneck Simulations. It for me is one of the best modules for DCS at this time. Leatherneck Simulations Have gone above and beyond on this module. The radar is fun and quite realistic as you have to keep an eye on the coolant. Go pick it up I know you wont regret it.

Introduction

The MiG-21bis is a delta wing, supersonic, fighter-interceptor jet aircraft. Much like the AK-47 became the everymans' rifle, the MiG-21 has been operated by more than 40 countries worldwide, and has enjoyed the longest production run of any modern jet fighter to date. The MiG-21, in all of its' variants, has fought in wars stretching all the way from the Vietnam War in the 1960's to the modern day Syrian Civil War. Owing to it's unique blend of versatility, ruggedness and maintainability, the MiG-21 remains in active service to this very day. Initially designed as a pure-bred interceptor, the MiG-21 has over the years evolved into a hybrid multirole aircraft. In addition to a vast Air-to-Air arsenal, it can effectively employ unguided rockets, bombs and radar-guided missiles to destroy ground or naval targets.

The MiG-21BIS 75AP (МиГ-21бис Изделие 75) was the ultimate development of the MiG-21, fitted with the Tumansky R25-300 turbojet engine and a great number of other advances over previous types. The MiGs' intended for the Soviet PVO (Air Defense Force) were equipped with the Lazur GCI system (NATO: "Fishbed-L"), while those for the Soviet Air Force were fitted with the Polyot ILS system (NATO: "Fishbed-N"). It's fitted with instruments and electronic equipment ensuring capability to fly by day and at night, under fair and poor weather conditions. The MiG-21BIS is considered to be a third generation jet fighter. Some 50 countries over four continents have flown the MiG-21, and it still serves many nations half-century after its' maiden flight. Several firms offer upgrade programs for the MiG-21, designed to bring the aircraft up to modern standards, with greatly upgraded avionics and armament. The DCS: MiG-21bis simulates an aircraft built to the Fishbed-N standard.

I watch Top Gun again after all of these years - Guy In Car Radio #8

Decided to watch Top Gun again and all I can say is wow. The movie is nothing like I remember. Join me as we take a look at what could have been a great movie.

Top Gun is a 1986 American romantic military action drama film directed by Tony Scott, and produced by Don Simpson and Jerry Bruckheimer, in association with Paramount Pictures. The screenplay was written by Jim Cash and Jack Epps, Jr., and was inspired by an article titled "Top Guns" published in California magazine three years earlier. The film stars Tom Cruise, Kelly McGillis, Val Kilmer, Anthony Edwards, and Tom Skerritt. Cruise plays Lieutenant Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, a young Naval aviator aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise. He and his Radar Intercept Officer (RIO) Nick "Goose" Bradshaw (Edwards) are given the chance to train at the Navy's Fighter Weapons School at Miramar in San Diego.

My daughter wanted to host one of the radio show episodes so I figured why not. She talks about her favorite toys like barbies, shopkins, and some of her favorite movies. She loves trolls, and sing, and goes on to do a product placement for some random stuff.

She had fun and if you guy like to hear this kind of thing I will have her on more often. On a serious note we are thinking about letting her maybe do some movie reviews so tell us what you think.

Homeless in New York GICR #7

I went to New York to meet up with someone who might have some work for me after I got out of school. I flew up there on a whim and was going to meet up with him to discuss the opportunity. I had an issue with my hotel reservation and had to be on the streets of NYC for a night.

Walked all of Manhattan and most of Brooklyn waiting on the guy to call me back. Ate great pizza and had to find a place to sleep that night and walked all over NYC looking for some place to stay.

New Channel Direction - GICR #6

So after being sick I took a look at my life and the direction of this channel and think it can be a great service to adopted children and families. I feel that the direction it was going is not the vision that I had from the beginning. I would like to make this channel about you the adopted children and adoptive families. i will have another playlist for my ramblings but that will be seperate from this.

Alien Covenant Review - GICR #5

Being an avid Alien fan I thought I would give this movie a go. The art direction is great as well as most of the acting. However were it fell short for me was being able to hold my attention. The Alien franchise is near and dear to my heart so I try and give an unbiased review. I think that we should expect more from the Ridley Scott but who knows.

Adoption Nightmare - GICR #3

I was watching some YouTube this weekend when I came across some people talking about their experience with adopting children. As i was listening to my horror some of the people started going on about how horrible the children were and how they regretted adopting.

This is just some thoughts on adoption from someone who is adopted and has struggled with my identity. i think some of this information may help inform those thinking about adoption.
