Just a good hang.

Been thinking about doing one of these for a while now. First one could be bumpy, but I wanted some way to discuss and share a picture of my Dad. May do a few more, thanks for listening!

This one is all about my walk with big G, the man upstairs. A little bit of history leading into where I stand with God today.

This episode was fun and all over the place, much like surfing. Justin grasciously accepted my invitation to be the first in a line of "surf series" episodes where I bring surfers on to talk surf, and other things. We bounced around on a few things and I will surely have Justin back to dive deeper on more specific surfing topics and spear fishing.

Josh Dunn is a good friend of mine I met through small group. He is a skate culture connoisseur. Fun times talking with him, learning about his similar upbringing, his ventures in the skate world (there are many), and of course his bright personality. Ryan is the owner of PEAK Athletics, a top tie performance gym in Wilmington, NC. He played for the US National Beach Soccer Team from 2004-2006. In the end of this show we wrap up with his recovery from a near death experience.

Marissa is a sports pyschologist with a background in all things fitness. Fitting for the new year, we talk about the mentality behind a successful athlete and what the practice of sports pyscology is all about.
