I walk the Genesee River trail with Andy Schantz, one of my oldest friends. We talk about our short-lived mash-up group - Lifeforms, the theme song for his co-workers meat business, and we stop by Caverly's for a pint. 

You ever see that Pixar kids movie about the family of birds that lives in an airport? It doen't exist yet, so Dan and I wrote a song about it. John Grieco is a Rochester staple. He's a career firefighter, metalworker and artist, and drummer, among many other talents.
