Guys Who Gamble is making week 15, conference championship predictions and pics. We discuss the conference USA Jacksonville against Kennesaw State meeting. North Texas playing #24 Tulane for the American Conference title. Texas Tech playing BYU, Western Michigan and Miami (OH), and the long shot Duke making a run at Virginia.
