Today I talk about why you shouldn't donate to Large Charities , why FEMA is a good idea but not quite executed right and I start to wake up a bit ranting about fat shaming.

A man walks into a therapists office and says he is depressed, sad, always on the verge of tears and can hardly find the strength to live. The therapist says "I know just the thing! There is a clown playing at the theater named Grimaldi, the funniest man alive every time I go to watch him I laugh with tears streaming down my face and he makes me feel better about life for at least a few days. You should go and watch him to night in fact I have two tickets.

The sad man looks at the therapist and says

"But I am Grimaldi."

It's an old joke but it has truth to it especially within the mental health field where many forget that the therapist, counselors and Psychologists are not immune to mental illness but they have a little less access to care due to the unique circumstances of the field.
