Gwyneth Paltrow has, once again, shared a questionable wellness "hack." Earlier this week, the Goop founder appeared in an interview and had a controversial recommendation: rectal ozone therapy. Ozone therapy, according to the Cleveland Clinic, is when medical-grade ozone gas, created by using an ozone-generator device, is administered to your body. Apparently some wellness experts believe that doing it rectally can help improve blood circulation, boost the immune system, defend from bacteria and fungi and reduce “oxidative stress.” And the boys in the back were so impressed with her method of delivery, they were inspired to jam with Bon Jovi.
