Joey realized his scary 185 bpm gym heart rate was likely caused by mixing a new medication with lots of caffeine.

Karly made her first-ever trip to Costco and hated it. Between the crowds, giant bulk purchases, and her family's three buggies, she was extremely overwhelmed with the whole experience.

Joey shared an old photo from his frosted-tip days and talked about skipping his 25-year class reunion. Only 13 people showed up out of a class of 160, which made him feel even better about staying home.

Joey's car still randomly smells like stink bait from a fishing trip. Nancy got to experience it after Joey made her sniff the air vent when the car had been baking in the sun. 

Producer Karly was woken up by a phone call from the boss, Rich Bailey, on Saturday morning. She thought something was wrong at the station, but he was really calling to get help setting up Venmo for someone buying a WIVK shirt. 

Monday Morning Wake-Up Calls are back! Joey and Nancy called 7-year-old Karson to wake him up.  

Joey, Nancy, and Karly recapped Friday night's Neal McCoy concert at Country Tonite Theatre. They loved how funny he was, the random Christmas songs, and his surprise Michael Jackson performance. Karly was annoyed by the nonstop autograph line that kept interrupting the show.

After hearing about people base jumping off Seattle's Space Needle, the show asked where listeners would trespass if they knew they wouldn't get arrested. Answers included underneath Dollywood roller coasters, Dolly Parton's rumored secret room, Graceland's upstairs, Ripley's Aquarium, and underneath Neyland Stadium. 

The show discussed Megan Moroney saying she's happily single during her Cloud Nine Tour but plans to get back into dating when it's over. That led to a conversation about the celebrity dating app Raya and how Karly should get on it.

Shockingly, Joey actually ate at a church potluck. He did admit that most of what he chose looked store bought. 

Nancy talked about her husband's idea to start raising cattle on their farm. After discussing fencing, feeding, and the fact that their kids would probably name the cows and refuse to eat them, she decided buying local beef sounds much easier. 

Morgan Wallen rolled his ankle during a show. Nancy shared all the rehab exercises she's learned while recovering from her own ankle injury and joked that Morgan should take notes.
