GXXD GRIEF GYRL

Hosted by friends Athena and Crystal, this space was created for honest conversations about grief in all its forms—not just the loss of loved ones, but the grief that comes with friendship breakups, betrayal, divorce, unmet expectations, identity shifts, lost dreams, and learning to let go of the life you imagined.

Through personal stories, faith, vulnerability, laughter, and hard truths, we explore what it means to heal, grow, forgive, and rediscover yourself after life's most difficult seasons.

We don't claim to have all the answers. We're simply two women sharing our experiences and creating the kind of community we wish we had during our own journeys.

Whether you're grieving, healing, rebuilding, or simply trying to make sense of your story, you're welcome here.

Take what you need, leave what you don't, and remember—you don't have to heal alone.
