Are you constantly failing to reach your fitness goals?  There's a reason why.  The corporate fitness industry wants to keep you out of shape so they can continue to hypnotize you with ads, sell you useless products, and get you addicted to each new fitness fad.  DON'T fall for it.  Hard work and dedication is all you need!!!  I'm a US Military Certified Fitness Leader who's been helping people get in shape for 20 years.
