MARSHALL — Pipestone Area Schools’ multi-time state-qualifying gymnast Kaysa Douty earned a third-place finish at the Winterfest Invitational Saturday. The competition was conducted at Marshall Middle School, which provides for a unique environment. The Arrow rotation went floor exercise followed by vault, uneven bars and balance beam. “Kaysa had a few glitches on her first two events, but her maturity as an athlete showed in the way she finished the meet,” PAS head coach Stacie Wallace noted.
