Aaron was a born entrepreneur, leading him to at a very early age help his brother with a landscaping business. Moving forward a bit his brother went off the college leaving Aaron, to grab helm of the landscaping operation.

Motivated and drivin he doubled the customers and the revenue further cementing the thought that entrepreneurship was his path. Deciding to go to college and major in entrepreneurship he took on an entrepreneurial venture selling painting services door to door; though with this venture he didn't make much money he did leave with a valuable skill "Selling face to face."

Taking his new skills of salesmanship he moved to start selling real estate but swiftly realizing being an agent wasn't going to be easy. It took him almost two years to make some money and figure out the real estate industry but that hard work has paid off and now he's the co-founder of people's capital and manages ten million dollars worth of Real Estate.

Growing up Alfonso, was very much into music. He was in band then jumping over from that to the hip-hop side of things to became a rapper. Unfortunately or rather fortunately after listening to his parents tell him "There was no career in music." He moved on to the path of higher learning and got himself into Penn State. While at Penn State he made the choice to become a lawyer but sadly that was not meant to be due to his failing of the LSat test after graduating. This failure leading him to reconsider that plan and take a sharp turn in the direction of insurance sales. Fast forward a year and he managed to rank himself as a number one sales rep within the company but all good things must come to an end, business started to slow down and things got rough so he decided to go back to school for accounting. On his path to becoming a CPA, he got fired twice from large accounting firms leading him to Burn the Boats and go out on his own to start his own CPA business.

Justin, grew up on a dairy farm in New Jersey doing manual labor. The hours were long on the farm leading him to desire a different life for himself and with that motivation, he made the jump into the world that is "Corporate America" as a salesman.

After working there for a few years, he grew to miss the farm life so as a hobby he picked up beekeeping. Before he knew it he started selling the honey and just as quickly as he began customers began requesting more products. The demand was there and he began to widen his product offering with, lip balms and body butter, soaps.

Unlike some of the other entrepreneurs I've interviewed; Justin is doing all of this while still keeping a full nine-to-five job at Salesforce!!!
