I have a returning guest, Brian Wick, in this week's episode. We discussed how to scale your business. How and when someone should scale their business, we even get into row playing in conversations you should have with your employees when to have those conversations. When to step out of operating the business day to day, we eventually hire and scale. Also, this is part one of a two-part series.
