Brené Brown says, “You can choose courage or you can choose comfort but you can’t have both.”

Mel Robbins has come up with a BRILLIANT rule and an additional tool or weapon we can use against the resistance we feel after we decide we want to pursue something awesome, which I briefly mentioned in Episode 9.

It’s counting down when you get a prompting or idea to do something meaningful like a goal or a commitment. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and then just "GO & DO" like Nephi and like Enoch in 5 seconds! 

Mel also says, “Courage is the ability to do things that feel difficult, scary or uncertain. That is the true power of courage; it reveals you. The greatest version of you.” This builds your confidence. If you have low self esteem, go and do something hard and courageous. Then come back and tell me how it went because I love to hear when you can impress yourself. 

What's up with the Letters and Episode numbers?

Each episode (episode numbers will now have letters) will focus on one or a couple of the principles found in my C.R.U.S.H. Framework. Each episode is meant to strengthen you if you need additional help with one particular principle, check the letter in the podcast. As we use this framework we will be able to CRUSH satan's head and accelerate our healing because we are discovering and using our gifts in this unique way.

H = Hasten to Heed. Hasten to heed the Lord's promptings. Finally after so much practice with our loved ones we are ready to serve beyond the safety of our loved ones, as we follow those promptings and ideas to serve others outside our immediate safe circle our confidence in Christ’s ability to help us grows and in turn our confidence in ourselves does too. And we begin to accelerate our healing!
