Both of these films we discuss couldn't be more different from one another. The Light House is from the mind of Robert Eggers, also known for the 2015 horror film The Witch. Staring Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson as two lighthouse keepers who start to lose their sanity when a storm strands them on the remote island where they are stationed. It also has a very artistic feel being shot not only in black and white, but with an aspect ratio of 1.19:1, which will truly make an artisan film lovers heart leap. The other is made straight for the big screen aimed at the a wide audience with it's PG-13 ratting, and takes some of us back to our childhood book fair days. Can you guess what it is?
