Great read for anyone!
Great quick read. I am a in my senior year of college and I am really trying to change my habits for the better such as effective studying methods, sleep schedule, money saving etc. I really liked how this book begins with how mindset effects habits, it seems kind of like a no brainier, but I think we as humans get very caught up in our day to day live that we forget to take a moment to relax, and therefore we become overwhelmed and that can perpetuate bad habits. I really liked how this book not only set up a framework on how to begin changing old habits, but also took it to the next level by explaining how all factors such as mindset and your environment contribute to your habits. This is a great read that really makes you think about your overall life, without being boring or overly philosophical, I would recommend it to anyone looking for an interesting read!

This is a great guide especially for learning self discipline.Getting in the cycle of good and healthy habits is very difficult to start. This is a great guide to setting your focus to achieve your goals. I have learned that the key to being successful is being disciplines, due in part to maintaining good habits. My biggest issues have been responsibility with money and smart time management. This guide has helped me recognize weaknesses and how to improve upon them.
