Habits are those subconscious programs that seem to run automatically. You probably have some good ones, and some bad ones. Brushing teeth, bed time, taking out trash, working out, etc. Then there is the bad ones... eating junk, drinking daily, gambling, porn, etc. 

- Learn to form great habits. Get rid of the ones holding you back.

- Understand behaviors and programming the brain. 

- Accomplish more and procrastinate less!

Most admirable people that we idolize or look up too have figured out how to set rock solid habits. You can develop these abilities. Of course as we get older, we get more set in our ways. (Cant teach an old dog new tricks!) Wrong! You can, it's just going to take more effort and focus to get out of any ruts you have dug into. ENJOY!
