Is there a habit that you have been wanting to change or a new one you have been wanting to create?
You are in luck, this week's podcast is all about habits and i am going to teach you my 4 simple steps to creating a new habit.
Habits are just something we do over and over.  Our brains create habits because they are always looking for the ways to expend the least amount of energy.
It’s our brain's way of being super resourceful.
Unfortunately not all habits we create promote our wellbeing.  Some of the habits we have created consciously or subconsciously are sabotaging our goals.
Habits in general can be a really great thing, as long as they are working with us, not against us.
Let’s start creating some amazing habits that foster wellbeing and help us to hit all of our goals.
