In this episode, we discuss what a habit is, the importance of setting desired outcomes for our habits, and how to assess whether our habits are helping or hurting us. We'll explore the process of forming habits, understanding why we create them and how they often become part of our daily lives. We'll also discuss how recognizing our pain points can help us break habits that no longer serve us. 

Our goal is to provide an open and non-judgmental discussion about habits and how we can use them to help us reach our goals.
