HABITS can be very helpful or harmful. 
Psychologists say that 90% or more of everything we do is directed by subconscious programming. Our Health Guru, Beverly Nadler, says these are automatic responses to life and, therefore, habitual.  We need automatic habitual responses in order to have a routine to our lives and prevent chaos. 
However, harmful habits interfere with health, and happiness. We’ve all declared intentions to free ourselves of undesired habits -- smoking, excess drinking, eating junk food,  procrastination, etc. – (you know the habits you want to be free of) -- but usually we find that even if we are successful, the habits often return.  Why? Because we are not just dealing with a “change of mind,” we are also dealing with the physical organ through which our non-physical mind operates – our brain.  And that means we are dealing with brain waves and vibrations, neurotransmitters and neurology, and all the chemicals and hormones our brain instructs our body to release.
