On this episode of The Power of Thought, Brandon Webb is back from the U.K. for business, meeting with Former S.A.S. operator Phil Campion as they embark on their new journey of U.K.'s Crate Club. Brandon dives right into the topic of setting goals for yourself, writing them down, and constantly having new things to motivate you. A lot of this was learned by Brandon from Lanny Bassham, Olympian shooter, who described winning the Gold Medal as both the happiest and worst day of his life because he had not set a new goal for himself after that.

Brandon also discusses his morning routine to get started in the right mind state, which includes a ten minute meditation after walking his dog, something that everyone should be able to make time for. He also talks about navigating the necessary politics of life that we all deal with. In addition to that, on this episode are some books that will motivate you including Kamal Ravikant's "Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It," which will encourage you to not beat yourself up and to use positive self-talk, as well as Tim Ferriss's "Tools of Titans," which is a book Brandon will go back to every month,
