One of the things that I often teach my students is that you have to think distribution first. One of the most common problems that entrepreneurs face is that they focus almost entirely on the product. They think that once they have a product organized, they can easily just go out there and sell it. What they should really be doing is the opposite by focusing on distribution first and foremost.
