First up, the sound this week is great, last week Not great.

Oops was so unaware, until I got many messages, oooopppsss, moving on.

I've become acutely aware the call for bringing more ritual into my life, in the moments, minutes and beyond.  Weave it in effortlessly, intentionally and getting jiggy with life living through me.  I'm really kinda hacking the whole sustaining Awakened Realisation State thing and using the great love of ritual of mine is genius.  So here we are. Ta-da.
