A woman's menstrual health acts as a direct gauge of her vitality & overall health throughout her life, yet so little is taught to us about how to best take care of & optimize our hormones & womb space.


1 in 9 women suffer from PCOS, 1 in 10 from endometriosis, 1 in 20 from PMDD, & 1 in 8 couples from infertility. Meanwhile, the US National Institute of Health is disproportionately funding research to diseases that affect majority men, at the cost of underfunding those that affect majority women,⁠ thus resulting in inadequate care & treatment.


The war on women's bodies is not just about laws, but also the lack of support, knowledge, & advocacy we receive in regards to our menstrual cycle & overall health.


So today I am here to do my part in putting an end to this.
