Anger is one of the most misunderstood human emotions. Growing up, many of us are never given a model for how to healthily process & release anger… and oftentimes, we are shamed or punished for our anger causing us to repress it & allow it to live on within our bodies. But, just like any other emotion, we must learn how to healthily feel, process, & transmute our anger if we want to reach complete physical, mental, & emotional freedom.
