Everyone has someone who will give them advice with the best intentions. Sometimes it's hard for us to give out advice and have to say the same thing over and over to someone without seeing a change in behavior. This episode is for those who are fed up with that cycle of advice, but I'm not going easy on you. For most, it is hard to see things from a different perspective when you're in the Adviser shoes, but listen up! You've been there too.

Our lives are not what they used to be and many people have not made new friendships or even acquaintanceships while in quarantine because they've been limiting themselves to those they would meet in person. In this episode, I give practical advice to not only create real friendships out of online/game friendships, but offer one very easy way to build connection with anyone.

Many of us are currently socially deprived. The quarantined world can be frustrating and meeting new people seems next to impossible. On this episode, I have my first guest, one of my best friends Eyvi who takes a little skip down memory lane with me because we met through a pretty unconventional method, especially for two extroverts. During the holidays seems to be a time where lots of people have many feelings to work through and a lot of them are difficult. There are families building new, great memories and some day they may look back on those great memories with both sadness and happiness when some of the people they love are no longer around. Dating apps are terrible. They can be superficial and unhelpful. So in this mini-rant episode, I'm taking you through my thoughts on what should and should not be on a dating profile, especially for guys. Here's hoping that this helps you improve your chances and finding what you're looking for and don't take me too seriously if you feel attacked lol

In this episode I talk about not only my history of being "blind" to red flags, but I take a deep dive into really trusting what we feel about a person or situation. If you're questioning your gut feeling about someone around you, whether it be in your family, friend, work, or romantic circles, you'll want to listen. I pose some very hard self-reflective questions in this one! Be warned.
