In trying to simplify hair growth and retention, I grouped the tips into 4 categories (I added a bonus tip, you are welcome!). On your hair growth journey, whether your hair is type 4c, a mix of type 4 or other types, try and be intentional about matching every action under these tips. In addition to hair growth aids I will share in subsequent episodes, you will be amazed at the growth you begin to see when you put these into practice.
If you think stunted hair growth may be as a result of health issues, please see your qualified health care professional. Be kind to yourself, you may fall off the bandwagon, have set backs or not see a huge improvement - do not worry! We are on this journey and I will hold your hand, every step of the way!
