Last weekend I ran a half-marathon (I'm only half crazy, not full crazy) and it was the probably the best race I've ever done. I didn't get my best time (but I was close and it's eating at me a bit but that's a different story) but it was physically and mentally the easiest I've ever experienced and I'm telling you all about it and how I prepped for it in today's episode.
