Bill has some good gems in his notes and the concept of using "Humor as a Weapon" is no exception.  We've all certainly done it and it is without question one the best tools that makes an all around good bartender or server.  Oh and apparently Bill discovered a new beer from Bootstrap Brewing that's infused with pickle juice.  YES PICKLE JUICE!!!
