We are often very concerned with how to build a successful relationship with everyone else that too often we forget the starting point which is ourselves.

Love your neighbor as yourself the bible says, this means the type of love we give and show others ultimately is a reflection of our relationship with self.

Therefore, in other to have successful relationships one must first start with self.

Throughout the month of February, we have been discussing on waking up to our responsibilities to the money, skills, and talents we have.

We have highlighted our responsibility to invest in those skills and talents as well as our money. We also discussed some investment options.

We committed to reading the following books

After all these some questions that many of us still have are;

1. If I say a percentage of my current salary it will take me too long to get to where I want, what do I then do?

2. I don't even earn enough money to practice any of these money habits or invest in my skills. How do I get more money working this kind of job?

3. I don't earn at all

Or I don’t know what I want to do or I know it but it's not clear, I don’t know the way to go about it or where to start

All these are addressed deeply with practical examples in this new podcast and also how to get to the point where God's promises are no longer mere words but become our experiences in life and we move from just merely saying God is Good to know without any doubt that God is indeed Good.

This podcast was specifically created for women but I believe all people will benefit from it.

As you have probably experienced, starting a new year can be very pressuring with the need to be proactive, make more money, make sense of life and just generally get our life together and properly figured out.

It was, therefore, necessary to call a meeting with self in other not to run myself into depression or unnecessary pressure but to systematically figure out the most important things first and then navigate through the rest of the events as I plan and also as I can not control.

The year 2019 is coming to a quick end and most of us are either depressed over not having anything meaningful to show for our existence in the year or we are consumed with anxiety to have big dreams, hopes, and plans for the coming year. 

In no time, 2020 is going to run by as well and we may just be finding ourselves with the same pattern of worries, concerns, and faithlessness.

As a result of being equally tired of the roller coaster life of being high on faith today, low the next time, at another time; clear on goals and purpose, and then unsure at some other point. I hosted a gathering to discuss how we can lay a solid foundation for a consistent peaceful life with a clear identity regardless of the ever-changing world we live in.
