David Wright played 14 seasons in MLB for the New York Mets. The 7x N.L. All-Star chronicled his journey from little league fields in Hampton Roads to professional baseball in the Big Apple through his recently released book, The Captain: A Memoir. Wright joined the Hall Call Interview Series to discuss his career, the injuries that stripped him of much of his ability, and the message he hopes to provides to those who read The Captain.
