If you want to change someone's life it's not only money that does that but opportunities you give them like love, jobs, favours, sponsorship , scholarship and lots more.Believe in people and help them to be better than how you met them.

From zero a person who is given a good opportunity and utilizes it can become great and better.

David sought for opportunity with king Saul to challenge goliath.He talked his way into it and Saul consented

God backing him up.The rest of the story you know.

Opportunity is defined as

a time or set of circumstances that makes it possible to do something.

Cambridge dictionary defines opportunity as

an occasion or situation that makes it possible to do something that you want to do or have to do, or the possibility of doing something:

In simple terms always look for occasions,opportunities, situations that you can make a difference.

Galatians 6:10

So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.

In bible we see the thief on the right hand of Jesus taking opportunity of a conversation, that singular chance saved him from hell to paradise.

Opportunities are doors or window chances but not all take it.

Never joke with opportunities accorded you,celebrate it,utilize them but never abuse it.

There are opportunities you must take and some you must run from.

Like Joseph in bible.he had opportunities to stand out and he did especially in portiphars house but there was this golden opportunity to consolidate his influence over the management of household of portiphar but guess what ,Joseph rejected it.

He refused to sleep with portiphars wife by so doing it cost him a lot but saved his destiny.

Some opportunities may open doors to human promotion but close destinies be watchful and careful.

2 samuel 24:3-4

Saul was pressed and needed a place for convenience he say a path close to cave .

Bible says

and Saul went in to relieve himself. Now David and his men were sitting in the inner recesses of the cave. The men of David said to him, “Behold, this is the day of which the Lord said to you, ‘Behold; I am about to give your enemy into your hand, and you shall do to him as it seems good to you.’” Then David arose and cut off the edge of Saul’s robe secretly.

Lesson: Never use opportunity to settle scores.Dont kill for vengeance.God will always test you with opportunities to know your heart.

1 samuel 26:6-11 we see clearly david saying

The Lord forbid that I should stretch out my hand against the Lord’s anointed; but now please take the spear that is at his head and the jug of water, and let us go.”

David had opportunity to kill king saul but he refused to touch the anointed of God.

Always respect the anointing.

we all need to collaborate and complement to achieve this.for no one is an Island.

The gospel isn't,about competition as you may have noticed a number of denominations seem to compete with each other instead of collaborating and complementing each other.

People are no longer motivated by these divisions but are motivated when children of God across the board celebrate Christ Jesus in unity and purpose.

Romans 12:4-6

For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith;

1 Corinthians 12:17

If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell.

In essence this verse is saying to you and I we all have different functions and assignment but all with objective of complementing and consolidating the gospel of Christ Jesus.That is what I call spiritual collaboration

When we read through the books of Mathew to john we learn many things about Jesus, His nature, and power .we see Jesus healing the sick. He had compassion on the afflicted, those tormented by sickness and evil spirits, and he would heal and deliver them.

These stories from the Gospels leave us with an undeniable truth, that God is a God of compassion whose desire is to destroy all pain and suffering on earth.

Bible says He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

Jesus ministered in diverse ways for some he touched,for some he spoke,some he looked at ,for some he commanded, and in special situations a touch of faith helped some.

In the holy bible.

the Lord gave animals male and female like the tortoise and the horse the same days to reach Noah's ark. God called them all.even though they moved at different speed.

In life we dont all move at same speed of success , fulfilment and purpose.

Some make it early ,some at midlife for some its later in life.Yet God sees and bless all.

It's important to remind ourselves that

- In Christ we are a new creation; his Spirit lives within us. We have been renewed, we have a new self -- and the purpose of that new self is to be conformed to the image of Christ,

to become like him: truly righteous, truly holy -- to become what God intends humans to be!

- So if this is the case, why do Christians keep on sinning? Paul the Apostle gives us the answer in Philippians: we don't know the power!

- We have all this power, but we continue to act as if we are weak, as if we are still slaves to sin.

THE resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ gave us audacity,boldness,a defence , evidence and authentication of our faith.Without resurrection nothing was conquered.without resurrection victory wouldn't be evident or complete.

Mark 16:6 bible says.

To these He also presented Himself alive after His suffering, by many convincing proofs, appearing to them over a period of forty days and speaking of the things concerning the kingdom of God.

Understand this, by his resurrection Jesus Christ has overcome death, so that he might make us share in the righteousness he won for us by his death.

1 Corinthians 15 makes clear that if Jesus has not been raised our “faith is futile” and we “are still in our sins” (v. 17). “But why?” you might ask. “If Jesus died on the cross for our sins, bearing the curse that we deserved, shouldn’t we be free from our sins whether he rose again or not?”

In other words, why is the resurrection, and not simply the cross alone, necessary for the forgiveness of sin?

Because without the resurrection nothing has been conquered—not sin,

not death,

not the devil.

Jesus’ resurrection from the dead testifies not only that Jesus is the Son of God (Rom. 1:4) but that the offering of life was an acceptable sacrifice to God.

If Jesus had not been raised it would be an indication to us that the work of salvation had not yet been accomplished.

Christ being raised indicates the satisfaction of divine justice. The punishment is over. The merit of Christ has proven worthy. The debt has been paid. Death has been vanquished. Sin has been atoned for.

Jesus became the undisputed champion.

This season let's remember what he died for,let's remember the purpose of resurrection.

Let's remember

Christ’s resurrection guarantees our future glorious resurrection. Christ’s resurrection was the firstfruits of a resurrection harvest yet to come .

Remember the next day after crucifixion

In the book of

Mathew 27:62-66.

the Chief Priests and Pharisees gathered together to Pilate, saying, 'Sir, we remember, while He was still alive, how that deceiver said, "After three days I will rise.' Therefore command that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest His disciples come by night and steal Him away, and say to the people, ‘He has risen from the dead.'

So the last deception will be worse than the first.'"

Pilate said to them, "You have a guard; go your way, make it as secure as you know how." So they went and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone and setting the guard.

Even in death his killers were afraid

They did all they could to stop his resurrection but they never knew all things work together for good.

The price for salvation,redemption was complete and now time would tell and reveal the truth.

Probably you have faced hurdles,challenges.situations that look impossible to come out of.

Probably, the wickedness crafted against you physical or spiritual is such to keep you permanently incapacitated.

Like Jesus,Probably your freedom is dangerous to your detractors.

Like Jesus, Probably your existence and success implies their failure.

Probably there is a prophecy about your life for greatness.

Like Joseph who was kept in pit, as though that wasn't enough they sold him to slavery and then prison.

Hear this ,evil imaginations,evil executed against you is only going to be fuel and stepping stone for your upliftment.

In the eyes of men the gates of hell seemed to have prevailed.

The grave was sealed,soldiers kept guard, on duty to deal with any attempt to steal the Corps.

Those who should know better about God supervised the sealing of the tomb with a large stone.

Have you been betrayed,have you been setup ,have you gone through heart breaking situations like Joseph or like Jesus Christ.

Have you lost hope

Have you dropped to rock bottom and rising seems impossible.

Fear not .God is on the throne.

Whatever is of God will always stand the test of time.

God is neither too early

Nor too late.
