Ladies man, Dr. Challis decides to investigate the reason a patient was murdered on his watch in the hospital. Aided with the  help of Ellie Grimbridge (victims daughter) they travel to Silver Shamrocks headquarters to find out what's up with their new line of product, the Halloween masks. We find out nothing is what it seems in the small town and most importantly that Ellie is of age.
